Technical Description

Aesthetics: The watch features a striking deep sunray blue dial inspired by the whale shark (“Zimbe” in Thai). It is accented by a prominent rose gold IP-coated outer shroud and unidirectional rotating bezel. The signature hands and hour markers are filled with a rich Lumibrite compound for high visibility.

Case & Architecture: Designed with the iconic “Tuna” look, it has a robust 47mm stainless steel case (14mm thickness) featuring a protective shroud. It has a screw-down crown placed at 4 o’clock and a dual day/date window with a magnifier lens (cyclops) at 3 o’clock.

Movement & Depth: It is powered by Seiko’s workhorse 4R36 automatic movement, providing hacking, hand-winding, and a 41-hour power reserve. True to its diving heritage, it is water-resistant up to 200 meters
